Legacy Property Management is a full-service residential property management company serving Washington, DC, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County. We manage single-family homes, small multi-family buildings, and growing portfolios for owners who want professional management with direct access to the person running their property.

Why We Started:

Small property owners in the DC metro deserve better options. Too many landlords are stuck choosing between large firms that treat their property like a spreadsheet number and part-time managers who don't return calls. We started Legacy to fill that gap. What began as managing a few properties for owners we knew has grown into a portfolio spanning dozens of units, built entirely through referrals.
